Profile users: Ability to block and report

For online safety reasons and to allow users to resolve disputes, or would be useful to be able to block other users from contacting you on direct messages or within inline comments of your story and a feature to be able to report concerning behaviours if users are worried (I.e grooming).

Yes! I just had two scam book promotion comments on one of my books, and I can't report the comments or the accounts, nor can I delete the comments. These are very basic features, and I was really surprised to find that there's no way for me to do this.
